Nutritional Yeast-ed Green Beans

I have a knack for eating these plain, right out of the bag, but this might be the next best thing. I couldn’t stop eating them. My mom kept wanting to dip in for them, too, which is exactly what I needed to know just how good this recipe is. Sometimes, all it takes are a few ingredients that can easily be incorporated together, and then you get a snack nobody can stop eating. My mom’s a pretty good cook, so I knew I was onto something when she kept dipping in for more. Nutritional yeast, a good sprinkling for a handful of green beans, changes the base flavor of this vedge just enough. Feel free to double or triple the recipe to have enough if you need more!
