It might feel like life is out of our control sometimes, or all the time, but we are the ones who create our reactions to all of that pain. If we decide to answer issues a certain way, then that will be how we answer this issues. We can always change our own patterns, and our own behavior. Changing other people is outside of our control, but we can change ourselves to be stronger than we were before. Everybody’s flaws can push them forward and hold them back at the same time. Allow yourself to breathe, and learn, and change. This poster celebrates the difficulty of taking control of our own actions and our own responses, as well as celebrating the fact that we can.
