A HEALTHY HUMAN CANVAS

Everyone has different needs. We’re each created differently, which means there’s no ‘one size fits all’ for health. Each of us necessitates different nutrition, different types of exercise, and different mental needs.

Ideas of what we need mentally are shared on How To Love Yourself, a segment devoted to sharing diverse ways to be kind to ourselves, allowing us to grow from the mind. But, what about what our bodies need? What about different ways to ensure we keep ourselves healthy?

Everyone needs water, and everyone needs food.

Everyone needs sleep.

Everyone needs many different things, but there is no right way. Each person on the planet must find their own ‘right way’. If we all have different needs because all of our bodies and body chemistries are different, then how do we even know what healthy is? Where’s the baseline? Where’s the generalization of what healthy means for everyone?

There isn’t one, and we can’t act like there is.

So, if there isn’t one, and we can’t act like there is, then what’s this segment of Armida Warrior about?

It’s about helping you find ways to keep yourself healthy. You’re the only one who knows you, and you’re the only one who really ever will. Fifteen minutes in a doctor’s office isn’t going to give them a lot of time to get to know you.

A Healthy Human Cavas isn’t a manual on how to treat yourself. It’s not my job to assign to you how to take care of yourself…

… it is, however, a part of my job to be able to help you find better ways to take care of yourself.

If everyone’s body and mind have diverse needs, as diverse as we are people, then the best way to do this is to give you ideas. I hope the following articles you find how to keep your human canvas nice and healthy.
