Sometimes, an easy recipe is all we need. This takes a little cooked shrimp, and an easy sauce that takes a few seconds to whisk together. There’s no huge skill needed here, but the recipe still gives results that will make you reach for shrimp when you go to the grocery store. The texture is excellent, due to a little alfalfa sprouts, the soft and slightly crunchy give of the shrimp, and the smoothness and different-type-of-softness of the feta. If you don’t feel well, are too hungry, or are exhausted, this meal comes together in ten minutes. You don’t even need to turn on your stove or oven, just purchase precooked shrimp, and you’ll have a meal in no time.

Ingredients:
20 medium, cooked shrimp
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Freshly cracked pepper, lots
Alfalfa sprouts, small amount,
1/4 cup cubed feta, less if wanted
Directions:
Slice each shrimp in half. Add to what you’ll be eating out of. In a small mug or ramekin, whisk the Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper together with a fork. Plop onto the shrimp. Mix together until all of the shrimp are coated in the mayo mixture. Shred alfalfa sprouts by hand, about as much as you like, and stir into the shrimp. Add the feta. Stir in.
Serving Suggestions:
Cucumber water, lemonade, earl grey tea.
