I used to make these all the time. They almost completely were washed from my mind, and then, all at once, I remembered. These prosciutto plates only use one basic ingredient: prosciutto. Other than that, you can dress them up however you like. This one uses warm and wintery ingredients, consuming you from the inside-out. As you consume this prosciutto plate, I hope you enjoy how easy it is to throw together and how warm it makes you feel.

Ingredients:
5 or 6 slices of well-aged Prosciutto di Parma
5 large sweet basil leaves
1/4 cup crumbled goat feta
1/2 chopped apple
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Freshly cracked pepper
Directions:
Arrange the slices of Prosciutto on the plate so it covers the plate but does not layer. Freshly crack on pepper. Drizzle on the balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle on the nutritional yeast. Tear each basil leave into small, bite-sized pieces and arrange on plate. Sprinkle on feta and chopped apple pieces. Consume immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
Red wine, bourbon, or cucumber water.
