Apple, Maple, & Bacon Yoghurt

Somehow, and I don’t know how, this yoghurt works. Maybe it’s the saltiness and sweetness of the bacon and apple against the tanginess of the yoghurt. Maybe it’s the texture with two different types of crunch and the smoothness. Maybe it’s the maple syrup that ties everything together? All I know, is this is ridiculously simple to make. The hardest part is cooking the bacon with your desired method. I say three slices is good and hearty for a bowl for one. Just make sure it’s nice a crispy, because if it’s not crispy enough, it won’t give you that desired texture against the apple. I know it shows a fork here, but you could eat it with a spoon, too. There are so many large, chunky things in this bowl, that either one works! Spoon makes more sense, though. Perfect for that rainy, fall morning.
