Coconut Sugar & Balsamic Raspberries

Sometimes, the simplest things are the best things. I know that I say that a lot when I’m writing these introductions to recipes, but it’s something I truly believe. The balsamic vinegar and raspberries doesn’t sound like something that would be good together from the amount of tang, but that’s what the coconut sugar is for. It helps balance out the flavors. The texture has slight crunch from sugar and chia seeds. This is one of those snacks you can throw together in seconds. I hope you find the balance between raspberries, balsamic vinegar, and coconut sugar as welcome to your palate as I do!
