Favorite Movie Popcorn

At a local movie theater, the main indie theater in my town, I used to always get popcorn, drenched in butter, with both nutritional yeast and sprinkled parmesan. Both were nutty. Both tasted excellent on popcorn. As I grew older, and began experimenting with ingredients, I was often reminded of this. Nowadays, I load up on the butter and nutritional yeast… with quite a few cracks of freshly cracked pepper. This is now my new go-to, something I have only on movie nights at home. It’s addictive, packed with protein and b-vitamins from the yeast, and I can never stop before the entire bowl is gone. These days, this is my favorite movie popcorn. I hope you find it as tasty and easy to make as I do!
