Honey & Apple Vinegar Drizzled Banana

It was around eight-thirty in the morning. My grandpa shuffled into the kitchen, and I was sitting on the sofa doing my morning work. He looked at the bananas, called me into the kitchen, and asked me if I wanted one because they were ripe, and he knew he’d be unable to finish them by himself. So, I looked at them, and my first thought was, ‘Oh, I can make something with this!’ Rummaging through the cabinet, I found apple cider vinegar and honey. The idea for the drizzle started with those two ingredients. A little salt and a sprinkle of chia seeds later, we have this morning snack, or, if like me, you graze throughout the day, an excellent breakfast. It’s tangy, it’s sweet, and the slight crunch from chia seeds amongst the mushiness of banana creates a fun texture. This is ridiculously simple, and I hope you find it as tasty as I do.
