Salted Cucumber

This is stupidly easy to make. It almost doesn’t need a recipe. And yet, sometimes, you need to be reminded of how to make things this simple. Fresh cucumber can be so much fun to snack on, especially with a little salt, a little pepper, and, an extra ingredient: nutritional yeast. This recipe allows for as much leeway as needed. You can do all of the seasoning to taste, and I encourage you to do so. I hope this opens your mind to other recipes that could be just as simple and just as quick and just as easy. I also hope you find this snack as enjoyable to eat as I enjoyed developing it.

Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
Iodized salt to taste
Freshly cracked pepper to taste
Nutritional yeast to taste
Directions:
Fully peel the cucumber with a veggie peeler. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Add as much salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast as you like.
