Spiced Up Gin

When I first tasted this drink, the words, ‘This tastes like spiced up gin!’ popped out of my mouth. That is also when I realized that would be the perfect title. Forget the gin and tonic. Two-ingredient cocktails are hardly cocktails, anyway! This has just enough gin, and just enough ingredients, to round out all of its flavors added. As someone who loves gin, especially when there’s absinthe involved, I hope you feel about this one the way I do!

Ingredients:
1 part Uncle Val’s botanical gin
1 part Seneca Gin
1 part Domain Canton
1/2 part Rodnik’s absinthe
5 dashes orange bitters
Directions:
Drop enough pebble ice in a mixing glass to almost meet the top. Add both gins, Domain Canton, absinthe, and bitters. Stir with bar spoon until glass is almost sweating. Strain into short tumbler with a giant, square ice cube. Spear four Spanish olives to garnish glass.
Serving Suggestions:
Filet mignon, seared scallops, bacon cheeseburger.
