The Never Forget Cocktail

It started off as my wanting to use half a clementine, half a lime, and half a lemon in this cocktail for juice. It ended up with my giving the lemon to my mom so she could make us dinner, and that’s one of my better decisions when it comes to cocktail-making. In my head, it would have been too sweet, and it wouldn’t have that bite of alcohol that makes what I love to make what I make. I’d been helping her all day, and wanted a reward in the form of a drink. What other way is there to unwind nowadays, other than creating something you can keep making in the future… if it works? Well, after mixing base spirits together, and juices into those base spirits, I’m glad to say it worked. I hope you love this recipe as much as I loved developing it.
